DNM-9606 Microplate Reader
is a medical instrument in laboratory. The microplate reader mainly
used to immunity detection and microanalysis in chemistry and biochemistry in
hospital and relevant clinical laboratory. DNM-9606 Microplate Reader can only
be used for in vitro diagnosis. According to IEC 61010-1, its safe
classification belongs to I kind, and according to IVDD 98/79/EC, its product
classification belongs to others.
First,let us introduce
the working principle of this microplate reader.The microplate reader
adopts photoelectric colorimetry with ELISA reagent to
test. The microplate reader tests the absorbance of standard liquid and
detecting liquid firstly, and set out the content of detecting substance in
sample liquid through analysis and calculation.
Second,we will see the
structure features of this microplate reader. The microplate reader has two main
components: the mainframe and the printer. The microplate reader can work
continually and displays in big screen. Its programme and test operation are
man-machine conversation.
The mainframe is
composed of optic system, 8-channel detection system, singlechip system and
enzymatic plate driving system. The instrument can detect enzymatic plate that
has 96 or 48 wells.

b. The working wavelength scope for above
instrument is 400nm-800nm. The instrument's standard configuration is 405nm,
450nm, 492nm, 630nm, and the rest wavelengths can be selected from 400nm to

microplate reader can do self-check in boot-strap.
b. Instrument can
select filter automatically.
c. Instrument has the function of
vibration.
d. Instrument can communicate and it has two protocols to
choose.
e. Instrument can store 126 test-programs, which can be called in
test.
f. Instrument can store 126 groups of calibrating parameters and
curve, and it also can store 105 groups of testing data for
full-plate.
g. The microplate reader has single and dual wavelength test
to be selected by user.
h. Instrument has the analysis function of
absorbance, qualitative and quantitative. Thereinto qualitative test has two
methods, which respectively is critical value and critical value adjustment, and
you can setup the area of gray scale at will; the quantitative test has nine
methods, which respectively is linear regression, semi-logarithm,
full-logarithm, exponential regression, ratio regression, quadratic equation,
point to point, ratio semi-logarithm and Logit-log curve.

can output ten kinds data, which is respectively absorbance, critical value,
feminine and masculine result, semi-quantitative value, concentration, normal
reference value, judgment result, QC data, QC drawing and calibrating
curve.
j. Instrument can randomly store, inquire and print the QC data and
QC curve in month for five items.
3.Working condition

Environment temperature: 10℃—30℃.
b. Relative humidity: ≤70%.

Keep away from strongly electromagnetic field and avoid direct irradiation by
strong light.
d. Avoid dust, shake and there must be no caustic gas such
as hydrochloric acid in air.
e. Power supply must be earthed
perfectly.
Last not the least, when using
electrical
products, basic safety precautions should always be followed,
including the following.Firstly,materials of some items maybe have biological
dangers, so before you turn on the Elisa reader you should defend yourself well,
for example: wearing defending clothes and gloves. Secondly,please do not
discard the used detecting materials randomly. All samples, negative or positive
controls, standards and waste should be treated as infectant.
