Secondly,use special hemolysis agent to make accurate counts for eosinophilic cells and basophilic cells , other cells were dissolved or atrophy, again to keep complete two cell count.
Thirdly, multi-angle laser polarized light scattering detection. Instruments using this technology the use of sheath flow liquid specimen dilution, diluted leukocyte internal structure similar to a natural state, eosinophils because of its hygroscopic properties, leaving the cell a slight change in structure, and then make a count.
